Sweet Baby!

Hello everyone!  I hope you all had a great weekend.  I have not made a scrapbook page in so long, but one of my teaching partners is having a baby boy and I thought it would be fun to make her a lo.  I used the animals from New Arrival to make this simple lo.  I really love how it turned out!  Hope you all have a great night!

PInk, Green, and White Only Challenge

Here is a card I made for the Cricut Cardz Challenge: Pink, Green, and White Only.  I have to be honest and say that it is not the most favorite thing I have ever made, but it is sendable.  I didn't make this at my house and was working with limited resources, and felt it could have benefited from a few more details added.  The bunny is from the Easter 2010 cartridge.

Spring is on the Way!

Happy Saturday everyone!  I was trying to explore using the gypsy this week and am starting to get a little bit better with it.  I have had it for awhile now, but I have hardly used it mainly because I just have not had the time to explore.  Here is a shape card I tried to make with it.  Hope you enjoy!

Sweet!

It's official...I have decided that I am challenge crazy.  As I was suppose to be packing last Friday to leave within hours I decided that I had to super quickly make my entry for the Cricut Circle challenge.  I was able to get it made and got packed just in time, but have not had internet until last night.  So the challenge is to make something with the Cricut Imagine.  Here is what I came up with.  Hope you enjoy and have a great week!

Leprechaun comes to school tomorrow!

The leprechaun comes tomorrow!  Woohoo!  The mischievous little leprechaun always seems to make his way into my classroom.  He usually leaves little tracks (Q-tip prints with green paint) around the room and the kids think it is so cool.  To try and make up for his mess, the leprechaun leaves gold coins (from Jo-Ann Fabrics) with a note for the children.  It is a fun way to celebrate St. Patrick's day in the classroom.  I made a little bucket for the leprechauns coins this year and am going to put it in the Cricut Circle Challenge.  I hope the leprechaun finds you tomorrow!

Tree-mendous or Not So Tree-mendous!?!

I hope everyone is having a great Sunday.  When I was making the butterfly card I posted yesterday, I saw this tree on the Tinker Bell cartridge which I thought was so cool because it has a ton of detail!  However, once I started trying to make it today the paper kept ripping because of the fine details.  I had to change my settings many times before it finally came out semi-decent.  So it looks tree-mendous, but is not so tree-mendous to make.  It came out all right though for a masculine birthday card :)  Enjoy!

Spring Card

Happy Saturday Everybody!  Here is a spring birthday card I made today for the My Pink Stamper March blog hop.  The challenge for the hop is to make something spring.  I was having a hard time coming up with a spring project as there are tiny snowflakes falling in the air here, but I needed a birthday card for one of the girls I watch tonight who is turning 7.  Hope you enjoy and if you did not have the chance to go on the My Pink Stamper blog hop yet, you can begin here.  Hope you enjoy!
